Think of your organization as a system of relationships. Digital tools can help improve your organization's relationships with key beneficiaries, making interactions more joyful, efficient, and inclusive. Who are the people and relationships central to your goals? Get curious about what’s driving those connections and what’s getting in the way, then develop strategies to enhance those relationships to create value. It’s important not to assume what people need or prefer. Human-centered design involves working directly with people to define challenges and generate and test ideas in an iterative process.
